LAWN SPRINKLER INSPECTION

The lawn irrigation or sprinkler system is a complex system of solenoids,  valves, piping, backflow preventers, spray heads and rain sensors.  I have inspected hundreds of sprinkler systems and know how to operate pretty much all of the name brand controllers.  I have seen systems that were not installed correctly and did not have the right amount of coverage, systems that did not work at all, broken underground pipes, and damaged spray heads. You can have the sprinkler system inspected along with the home inspection and have items in need of repair identified now and have the seller make repairs, or you can pay a contractor to fix it after you move in. Having a contractor make repairs to your sprinkler system is not cheap.
