We provide services in Houston, Pasadena, Deer Park, La Porte, Friendswood, League City, Pearland, Baytown, and surrounding cities. With years of experience, we provide way more than just a report with pictures,... we provide peace of mind. As a Houston Home Inspector, our number one goal is to make you a more informed buyer.
One thing we have learned is that every home in the Houston area is different. Even if you have two homes on the same street, same age, and same builder. One home may have minor issues while the other home may have major problems. You just never know!
This is why it's so important for you to get your future home inspected.
As your home inspector, I will continue to serve as your knowledgeable and reliable partner in your real estate buying experience. Inspect TEXAS Home Inspection's mission is to give you the best, most reliable information and education about the home you are to purchasing, so you can proceed with confidence.
I have been a full time licensed professional home inspector since I opened my business (Inspect TEXAS) in 2015. During this time, I have performed over a thousand detailed home inspections for clients in the Houston and surrounding areas.
My background in the weld inspection and petrochemical piping, pressure vessel, and above ground storage tank inspection industry helped me to pay attention to detail. Overlooking contractors mistakes can lead to system failures, un expected unit down time, and compromises the health and safety of plant and contractor personnel.
Piping, pressure vessel, and above ground storage tank failure has lead to several plant explosions and fires.
This attention to detail has helped me in the home building industry, home inspection, and making repairs to my own home and rental properties. I have carried over this same attention to detail when inspecting homes.
Not only do I have experience performing mechanical integrity inspections in the petrochemical world, I have years of new home building and maintenance experience. So if there is a problem with the home you are interested in, I can pretty much tell you why it has occured and what it's going to take to address the problem.
Choosing a home inspector to inspect one of your largest investments of a lifetime is very important. You should not just totally trust your realtors choice of which home inspector to use. Do your own research, check reviews, ask questions and remember this is your only chance to identify problems and negotiate items in need of repair with the seller.
When I'm not inspecting homes, I'll be chasing specs and redfish, playing golf, or hanging out with our family and 10 grandkids.
Inspect TEXAS will work with you and help answer any and all questions along the way. Even after you move in, if you have questions, comments, or concerns.... Call Me !!!
