Home Inspection for Buyers. Inspection of homes prior to purchase is a standard part of the home buying process. The inspection will allow buyers time to review and act on any issues discovered during the inspection while still in the option period (If scheduled appropriately).
Inspect TEXAS will then email an electronic copy of the report to you. Depending on the type of defects found along with the severity and extent will determine how soon the report is delivered. Most reports are delivered the same day as the inspection while others, at worst case, may be delivered the following day.
Home Inspection for Sellers. Pre-Listing Inspection allows the Seller to review issues with the house and make repairs prior to putting the home on the market. The Pre-Listing inspection also prevents surprises and gives the seller greater confidence in selling the home. It can also be used as a marketing tool to show the potential buyer along with the repairs that have been made.
Warranty Inspection. The Warranty Inspection is a home inspection that is performed prior to the end of a 12 month home warranty. This inspection identifies issues the home owner can then claim and have repaired under the warranty.
Inspect TEXAS meets and exceeds the TREC Standards of Practice.
